Please accept this letter as formal notification of my resignation. My last day of work will be November 29, 2019. I have decided to stay home with my child after her birth for an indefinite period of time, and feel that it would be best for you to hire someone to take on my responsibilities permanently.
I have enjoyed working at David Beckham Company for the last 3 years and will miss the collaboration our department shares. I have learned so much from you especially, and I appreciate the opportunities you have given me.
If I can be of any assistance during this transition, please let me know. I have a few contacts who I think would be a good fit here, if you would like my input on finding my replacement.

New Job Opportunity (有新工作)
Please accept this as my notice of resignation from David Beckham Company, effective November 29, 2019. I have been offered a new job opportunity with Cristiano Ronaldo Company which will allow me to gain further management experience.

Health Reasons (健康理由)
I regret to inform you of my resignation, effective November 29, 2019. Due to a recent diagnosis, I have become aware that my illness will require extended treatment and recovery, and I am unsure that my ability to perform the duties of my present position will return.

Retirement (退休)
I would like to inform you that I am officially resigning from my faculty position at David Beckham Company, effective August 29, 2019. Working here has been such a wonderful experience, and I will cherish the memories forever.
Life is fleeting, so I have decided to retire and leave the workforce so I can enjoy watching my grandchildren grow up. I have worked at David Beckham Company for over 18 years, and although those were some of the best years of my life, I am looking forward to the next chapter.
I want to personally thank you for the many opportunities you have given me over the years. I have grown personally and professionally, and am very pleased with the work I have done, the students I have been privileged to work with, and the departmental and institutional changes I have helped to effect. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with my coworkers and superiors, and I do hope that we will all keep in touch.
