同事未必要做朋友 需要時幫到手就夠

初出茅廬喺舊公司，阿head因為係太忙而冇時間教我，經常盲摸摸做錯嘢，好在有個同事勁nice，超有耐性幫我，當年如果冇佢，我估自己一早辭咗職。

為表感激，有次我想請佢食晏，點知呢位同事拒絕，話唔好請嚟請去。後來我哋傾開一套電影，原來大家都有興趣睇，咁不如約埋啦，點知佢都係請我食檸檬，原因係留返同朋友睇喎！嗰陣有啲唔開心㗎，乜你冇當我係朋友㗎？

總之office hour以內佢就好helpful，離開公司大家就冇聯絡冇深交，呢個經歷令我第一次認清「同事就係同事，朋友就係朋友」，我一直喺度諗，點解同事啱傾啱玩唔可以做friend先？冇抵觸㗎喎！

而家我出咗嚟做嘢一段時間，已經唔係新人喇，早排先有個新同事令我諗起以前嘅自己，佢好有heart，但好多時甩甩漏漏，見佢咁無助咪幫手教下囉！

有次呢位新同事返工無厘神氣，全日都好靜，成個人精神萎靡，仲眼濕濕頻頻捽眼捽鼻^1,2，斷估唔係喊啩！以為佢遇到咩挫折啦，點知……

我：「咩事捽眼捽鼻^1,2勁頹咁呀？睇你個樣唔係好開心喎，畀客鬧？」

「唔係，夜晚瞓得勁差²，返到office咪冇精神囉！」

我：「瞓得差即係有心事啦！係咪做嘢遇到問題呀？」

「咁又冇，係呢排鼻敏感搞到成日勁鼻塞、眼又痕鼻又痕^1,2，連黑眼圈都出晒嚟³，周身唔自在，食藥都搞唔掂，又冇理由因為咁而請假吖！但返到嚟又跌晒watt，唉！」

我：「原來係鼻敏感！食藥唔得啫！有無試過噴鼻？介紹返，鼻眼適消炎噴鼻劑不經腸胃，可以直達患處⁴，輕鬆幫你舒緩鼻塞、眼痕、鼻痕，同埋打噴嚏等等嘅鼻敏感症狀⁵，夜晚有覺好瞓，第二日咪有精神囉！對比起工作上嘅麻煩事，呢樣反而容易搞。」

職場問題天天都多，反而鼻敏感交畀鼻眼適消炎噴鼻劑就得喇！好多人都有鼻塞瞓得差，或者係扯鼻鼾嘅情況出現^1,2，呢啲都可能係鼻敏感嘅症狀。強烈建議用鼻敏適舒緩你嘅鼻敏sick～～鼻塞真係幾辛苦，連續15年銷售No.1^6,7嘅鼻眼適只需每日使用一次，大人小朋友都用得⁵，想知係咪適合自己就搵醫生問吓啦！

後來呢位同事用完有效，日日都嘈住要請我食飯，不過……我拒絕咗！因為返工時間已經夠長，office hour以外我想多啲陪朋友、屋企人，同埋另一半。終於明白當年嗰位好nice嘅同事點解請我食檸檬，因為私人空間好緊要，同事未必要做朋友，需要時幫到手就夠 ，你狀態好啲，對我都係一件好事。

Safety Information

• AVAMYS is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any components of the preparations.
• As with all intranasal corticosteroids, the total systemic burden of corticosteroids should be considered whenever other forms of corticosteroids are prescribed concurrently.
• Infection of the nasal airways should be appropriately treated but does not constitute a contraindication to treatment with AVAMYS. Nasopharyngeal candidiasis can occur in patients treated with intranasal steroids, as a class effect.
• The lowest dose of AVAMYS that causes suppression of the HPA axis, effects on bone mineral density or growth retardation has not yet been established. However, the systemic bioavailability of fluticasone furoate is low (estimated at 0.50 % ) when given as AVAMYS and this limits the potential for systemic side effects.
• As with other intranasal corticosteroids, physicians should be alert for evidence of systemic effects including ocular changes.
• A reduction in growth velocity has been observed in children treated with fluticasone furoate 110 μg daily for 1 year. Therefore, children should be maintained on the lowest dose that delivers adequate symptom control.
• Adverse Reactions: Very common; epistaxis and nasopharyngitis, Common; nasal ulcerations and headache.
